DJ Clark Kent begged Jay-Z stop selling drugs Reasonable Doubt, which is a rare moment of hip-hop history that would’ve altered the last 25 years. Clark Kent is the man responsible for helping get Jay-Z into the door of the music industry and being a DJ for Biggie Smalls.
During a sit-down with fellow Kings County rep, Math Hoffa, he opened up on rare stories with the two. One of the biggest memories he had was pleading with the Jiggaman to stop hustling in the streets and focus on the recording process for Reasonable Doubt, Before the Roc.
