Gunna denied bond, Judge fear witness intimidation, as a Judge has once again distend to claims by prosecutors of what they think will happen. Since last May, Gunna has been in Fulton County Jail since his arrest in relation to a RICO case with Young Thug and his YSL rap label.

The FEDs believe Thugga’s YSL music label is also a gang behind several alleged crimes in the Atlanta area. Gunna’s attorney filed a motion for bond last month in September, arguing there wasn’t sufficient evidence to warrant keeping him in custody.

Attorney Steve Sadow also asked for his client’s release because his name was removed from some of the more serious crimes in the indictment. However, during today’s proceedings, the prosecution stated that witness intimidation was a reason not to deny the rapper bond.

Fulton prosecutors said, “One of the other co-defendants asked that the defendant Kitchens be made aware that he would be willing to whack somebody for him.”

That was enough for Judge Ural Glanville to deny Gunna bond for the third time. Ural said he still had the “same concerns that had not been otherwise alleviated.” Many in attendance immediately voiced their displeasure. Take a look at the clip below.
