Tsu Surf arrested federal RICO charge New Jersey, as the legendary battle rapper is facing some serious charges against the government. After rumors of this situation happening, The U.S. Marshals Service NY NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force formally arrested rapper TSU Surf.
The battle rapper was targeted in connection with a DEA Case on federal RICO charges, according to FOX 5 News in NYC.
Lisa Evers confirmed the story saying “Tsu Surf was at the home with a woman. They tried to go out the back door but then when they went outside, they saw that there was a lot of law enforcement, sources said. He and the woman went back into the house and refused to come out for about an hour.”
Federal authorities called in crisis negotiators, who then talked with Surf until he peacefully surrendered. Tsu was soon taken to Essex County jail, where he is expected to go before a judge in federal court in Newark sometime this Friday.
