50 Cent has been blessing stages with his presence across the country this summer! He embarked on the “Final Lap’ Tour”, following its announcement via Instagram in May. Initiating the tour in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 21st, 50 Cent performed alongside Uncle Murda and Tony Yayo. To add fuel to the fire, Jeremih and Busta Rhymes also displayed their support throughout the tour thus far.
Following his show in Toronto at Budweiser Stage on September 22nd, the G-Unit icon will begin the European portion of the “Final Lap Tour” on September 28th. The locations include France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK, to name a few.
According to several sources, 840,000 tickets were sold in one week, worldwide. This is a perfect way to kick off the 20 year anniversary of “Get Rich or Die Tryin,” as he plans to focus more on television and film. Is this his last tour ever? We don’t know for sure. However, one thing is for certain…the “Final Lap Tour” is a stress-free, chill zone. 50 Cent verbalized his desire to make this tour about having fun, expressing, “We not feeling pressure.” This celebration comes at the perfect time as millions honor 50 years of hip hop.
